We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Front Desk & Administrative Executive who can efficiently manage front office operations while providing basic support for social media and digital communication. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and basic knowledge of Canva and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Manage visitor records and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate couriers, office supplies, and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional office environment.
- Assist the HR and Administration team with day-to-day office operations.
- Create simple creatives, invitations, announcements, and office-related posts using Canva.
- Upload and schedule basic content on social media platforms when required.
- Coordinate with the marketing/content team for routine social media tasks.
- Support internal communication and event coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Desk, Reception, Administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of Canva.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of responsibilities.
