Job Description – Operational Head

Position Overview
The Operational Head is responsible for overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of ANJION LEARNING, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, achieving organizational goals, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities1. Operational Management
- Plan, organize, and supervise all operational activities of the organization.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Academic, Sales, Marketing, Administration, and Support teams.
- Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and procedures.
- Monitor daily operations and resolve operational issues promptly.
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise department heads and team members.
- Conduct regular review meetings and performance evaluations.
- Ensure proper workforce planning, task allocation, and productivity management.
- Foster a positive and performance-driven work culture.
3. Revenue & Performance Monitoring
- Track organizational revenue, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor department-wise performance and ensure target achievement.
- Analyze operational reports and recommend improvement strategies.
- Support business growth initiatives and expansion plans.
4. Process Improvement
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
- Introduce automation and productivity-enhancing initiatives where applicable.
5. Student & Customer Experience
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to students and parents.
- Monitor student support, grievance handling, and satisfaction levels.
- Implement strategies to improve retention and engagement.
6. Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee documentation, reporting, and record management.
- Coordinate with HR regarding employee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary matters.
7. Reporting & Strategic Planning
- Prepare and present operational reports to management.
- Develop short-term and long-term operational strategies.
- Support management in decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Drive organizational growth through effective operational planning.
