Technical Interpretation: Explain complex technician findings and recommended repairs in understandable terms to customers.
Sales & Scheduling: Recommend routine maintenance and needed services based on vehicle history, and manage the service appointment calendar.
Warranty Management: Handle warranty claims, ensuring they are correctly documented and processed.
