Job Summary
The Junior Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating business leads, coordinating with clients, supporting sales activities, and promoting the company's engineering services and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, phone calls, email campaigns, and online platforms.
- Visit industrial customers, factories, commercial establishments, hotels, hospitals, and institutions to promote company services.
- Promote LPG/NG gas pipeline installation solutions and cylinder cage products.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare customer databases and maintain CRM records.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and quotations.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for project discussions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist in preparing marketing presentations and promotional materials.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
- Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales activity reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn technical products and engineering solutions.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Eligibility
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of marketing or sales experience will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Passionate about industrial sales and marketing.
- Good spoken English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on qualification and experience)
