Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Substation Maintenance Technician to manage and maintain 11 kV and 33 kV substations. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and hands-on experience with substation equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance of 11 kV and 33 kV substations
- Operate and maintain ACB (Air Circuit Breaker) and VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breaker)
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure quick resolution
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure safety standards
- Maintain records of maintenance and inspections
- Ensure proper functioning of transformers, panels, and switchgear
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in substation maintenance
- Strong knowledge of ACB and VCB operations
- Basic understanding of electrical safety protocols
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle site responsibilities
