Perform routine and final testing of control panels as per specifications and customer requirements.
Implement and monitor quality assurance standards and procedures. Use 7 QC tools and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and address product defects. Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues.
Maintain detailed documentation of test results and quality reports. Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality protocols.
Strong knowledge of 7 QC Tools and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) o Basic understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
