Job Summary
Hands-on delivery lead with 8+ years of deep expertise in managing " dependency nexus " programmes where outputs feed 3+ concurrent downstream initiatives, coupled with proven ability to orchestrate shared middleware (Boomi) changes across multiple transformation tracks without collision. Requires direct experience with FlexPLM/AX/SAP MDM schema conflicts and the ability to drive daily stand-ups across Aurora, HERO, Orbit, and MCOO teams while maintaining contiguous release velocity. Over 8+ years of experience as a hands-on Delivery Lead managing complex transformation programs, particularly in environments where project outputs support 3+ concurrent downstream initiatives.

Strong expertise in handling “dependency nexus” programs, ensuring seamless coordination between interconnected workstreams and minimizing risks caused by overlapping dependencies.

Proven ability to manage and orchestrate shared middleware platforms such as Boomi across multiple transformation tracks, ensuring smooth integration changes without system conflicts or release disruptions.

Hands-on experience in resolving schema conflicts across enterprise platforms like FlexPLM, AX, and SAP MDM, ensuring data consistency, system alignment, and successful master data governance.

Skilled in driving daily stand-ups and execution tracking across multiple teams such as Aurora, HERO, Orbit, and MCOO, maintaining transparency, accountability, and alignment across all stakeholders.
