- Experience: 15+ Years of experience in construction project management.
- Manage end-to-end precast concrete manufacturing and project execution activities.
- Plan and monitor production of precast elements such as beams, columns, wall panels, slabs, staircases, girders, and other structural components.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, production, quality, logistics, and site teams.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards and safety requirements.
- Oversee mould planning, casting schedules, curing processes, storage, and dispatch of precast elements.
- Monitor erection and installation activities at project sites.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, equipment, and resources.
- Review shop drawings, production drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction codes, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify risks, resolve operational issues, and implement process improvements.
- Prepare project progress reports and present updates to senior management.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
