Job Title: E-Commerce Account ManagerJob Summary
The E-Commerce Account Manager is responsible for managing online marketplace accounts, driving sales growth, optimizing product listings, and maintaining strong relationships with e-commerce platforms and clients. This role focuses on improving online performance and ensuring smooth day-to-day account operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow accounts on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
- Monitor sales performance, pricing, and inventory levels
- Plan and execute promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, customer support)
- Handle account health metrics and resolve platform-related issues
- Ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with marketplace policies and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing and SEO basics
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience with paid ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads)
- Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
