We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive overall business performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in restaurant management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining Restaurant
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Drive sales performance and achieve operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and restaurant regulations.
- Manage billing, POS operations, and operational reporting.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- 5+ Years (Fine Dining Restaurant Management)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in fine dining restaurant operations.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and reporting.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management (Mandatory)
