Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹25,000 Per month (Based on skills & test performance)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior 3D Animator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have strong foundational skills in Blender character animation and a keen eye for movement, timing, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Create clean, smooth, and appealing character animations using Blender.
Assist in camera animation and layouts.
Follow animation principles such as timing, spacing, weight, and motion
Work closely with senior animators, modelers, and rigging artists
Support in refining animations based on feedback
Ensure consistency and quality across assigned tasks
Meet project deadlines and maintain workflow discipline
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Blender (Character Animation mandatory)
Understanding of animation fundamentals (Body mechanics, Facials etc.)
Familiarity with keyframing, graph editor, and rig controls
Good sense of timing, weight, and movement
Willingness to learn and improve continuously
Basic knowledge of rendering and lighting is a plus
Eligibility Criteria
0–2 year of experience in 3D character animation
Freshers with strong portfolios/showreels are encouraged to apply
Degree/Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
