Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR & Admin professional to manage human resources operations, office administration, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, administrative knowledge, and experience in handling HR processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and exit processes.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Prepare Job Descriptions (JD) and validate KRAs.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance.
- Manage canteen operations, housekeeping, office maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee office administration, security, and front desk activities.
- Address employee concerns and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
- Experience using HRMS/HRIS tools such as SAP, Oracle, or Zoho People.
- Good leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to speak Hindi is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
