About the Role
BookMySales is a strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) partner that builds predictable, qualified
outbound sales pipelines for technology companies. We have been engaged by
a specialist SAP consulting firm, to drive their GTM acceleration across India and the
Middle East (UAE + Saudi Arabia).
We are looking for a driven B2B Inside Sales Associate who will own outbound
prospecting and lead generation for the ImpleVista account — engaging directly with
senior IT decision makers at SAP end-user companies and consistently delivering qualified
opportunities into the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate a minimum of 10 qualified leads per month for ImpleVista's SAP services
portfolio (ECC → S/4HANA migrations, Fiori/RAP modernisation, Integration Suite,
BTP, Basis & Cloud ALM).
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns — cold calling, email sequences, and
LinkedIn outreach — targeting SAP end-user companies across India and the Middle
East.
- Identify, connect with, and qualify key decision makers: CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, SAP
Managers, and Digital Transformation leads.
- Qualify prospects across defined tiers — confirming SAP usage, mapping SAP
maturity (ECC / S/4 / Cloud), identifying modernisation or migration needs, and
validating urgency and budget windows.
- Schedule and confirm decision-maker meetings, and prepare pre-call profiles for
every scheduled meeting.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all outreach activity and pipeline stages in
the CRM.
- Participate in weekly governance reviews — reporting on pipeline health, conversion
metrics, and market intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of B2B inside sales, lead generation, or sales development experience. Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or SAP-related sales strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation / meeting-booking targets.
- Strong cold calling, email prospecting, and LinkedIn outreach skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; confident engaging senior stakeholders (CXO / IT Head level).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
