Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Maintain and update process documentation, reports, and records.
3. Communicate with internal departments, vendors, and clients to resolve operational issues.
4. Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
5. Identify process gaps and suggest process improvements.
6. Prepare MIS reports, status reports, and performance reports.
7. Support management in planning and implementing operational strategies.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
9. Assist in data analysis and reporting for better decision making.
10. Handle coordination between operations, sales, purchase, and accounts teams.
Required Skills
1. Good communication and coordination skills
2. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and MIS reporting
3. Strong organizational and time management skills
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
5. Problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
