Experience – 4 - 8 Years
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical materials, spare parts, tools, and services.
- Vendor development, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, coordination, and cost-control abilities.
- Ability to prepare quotations, compare offers, and finalize procurement decisions.

Procure mechanical and electrical materials, spare parts, tools, and services as per project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchases.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Project, BDE, and Commercial teams for material planning and availability.
- Ensure quality, quantity, and specification compliance of purchased items.
- Track order status, follow up on deliveries, and resolve supply-related issues.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier performance data, and purchase documentation.
- Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with Finance for payment processing.
- Analyze procurement data and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain cost control and achieve procurement savings targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
