Hiring For: Zomato Delivery Executives
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard delivery executives for Zomato.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, local contacts, and field recruitment.
- Explain the delivery job, earning potential, incentives, and working process to candidates.
- Coordinate candidate registration, documentation, and onboarding.
- Follow up with candidates until they successfully join and start deliveries.
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate and joining records.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding manpower requirements and joining status.
- Support recruiters in assigned locations and ensure continuous manpower availability.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in recruitment, field sales, telecalling, or manpower hiring is preferred.
- Ability to work with daily/weekly hiring targets.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to source candidates locally.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
Key Performance Indicators
- Number of candidates sourced.
- Number of candidates registered.
- Number of candidates onboarded.
- Number of active delivery executives.
- Daily and monthly joining targets.
