- Handle inbound customer queries via live chat / email
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Meet productivity, quality, and TAT targets
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
