We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executive to generate leads, contact potential customers, and promote our products and services over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
- Explain company products and services to potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Prepare reports on calling activities and sales opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and professional phone etiquette.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
- Prior telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, telesales, or customer support.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
Pay: ₹8,814.61 - ₹12,000.00 per month
