Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to industrial areas, factories, warehouses, and manufacturing units to identify business opportunities.
- Generate new leads and develop a strong customer base.
- Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for preparation of proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales activity reports.
- Assist in payment follow-ups and customer coordination whenever required.
- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, industrial sales, engineering products, fabrication, or related sectors.
- Freshers with strong communication and willingness to travel may also be considered.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
