Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Ayurveda Physician (BAMS/MD Ayurveda) who is deeply rooted in Ayurvedic principles while being open to working within a modern, integrated longevity care model.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
● Conduct comprehensive Ayurvedic assessments and individualized care planning
● Apply Ayurvedic principles to support healthy aging, metabolic health, digestive health, resilience, recovery, and overall wellbeing
● Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
● Translate Ayurvedic concepts into practical, patient-friendly recommendations
● Contribute to protocol development, patient education, and clinical innovation
● Deliver an exceptional patient experience aligned with Three 5 Reviv’s standards of care
Key Responsibilities
Ayurvedic Assessment & Personalized Care
● Conduct detailed Ayurvedic consultations including:
○ Prakriti and Vikriti assessment
○ Nadi Pariksha
○ Agni, Ama, and Dosha evaluation
○ Lifestyle and behavioral assessment
○ Assessment of sleep, digestion, stress, energy, and overall vitality
● Develop personalized care plans incorporating:
○ Ahara (nutrition and dietary guidance)
○ Vihara (lifestyle recommendations)
○ Dinacharya and Ritucharya
○ Sleep and recovery strategies
○ Yoga, breathing practices, and mind-body recommendations
○ Ayurvedic formulations and supportive therapies where appropriate
Integrative Clinical Care
● Work collaboratively with physicians, nutritionists, exercise physiologists, psychologists, and other members of the care team.
● Participate actively in multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning.
● Integrate Ayurvedic findings with:
○ Laboratory investigations
○ Body composition analysis
○ Cardiometabolic assessments
○ Functional and fitness evaluations
○ Lifestyle and behavioral assessments
● Support the delivery of coordinated, patient-centered care across all stages of the client journey.
Program Development & Innovation
● Contribute to the development and refinement of Three 5 Reviv signature programs and protocols.
● Participate in clinical research, outcome tracking, and quality improvement projects.
● Contribute to educational content, workshops, webinars, and community engagement activities.
Patient Experience & Education
● Deliver a compassionate, professional, and premium patient experience.
● Educate patients using clear, relatable, and evidence-informed explanations.
● Encourage long-term engagement and adherence through coaching, motivation, and personalized follow-up.
● Support patients in translating health recommendations into sustainable lifestyle habits.
Clinical Governance & Operations
● Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic medical record system.
● Ensure safe, ethical, and evidence-based prescribing practices.
● Assist in maintaining quality standards, SOPs, and clinical workflows.
● Support inventory oversight of Ayurvedic medicines, formulations, oils, and therapy materials.
● Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuous professional development activities.
Qualifications
Essential
● BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine & Surgery)
● Valid State Medical Council Registration
● Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Ayurvedic practice
● Strong foundation in classical Ayurvedic principles and diagnostics
● Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
● Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
Preferred
● MD Ayurveda
● Experience in preventive health, lifestyle medicine, wellness, or integrative medicine settings
● Experience in patient education and health coaching
● Familiarity with electronic health record systems
● Interest in healthy aging, longevity medicine, and evidence-based integrative care
