We are looking for a Google Business Profile Optimisation Specialist to manage and improve the local visibility of our clients’ businesses on Google Search and Google Maps.
The candidate will be responsible only for Google Business Profile optimisation, local listing management and profile performance improvement. This role does not include social media management, website SEO, paid advertising or content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, verify and optimise Google Business Profiles.
- Update business names, categories, services, descriptions, working hours and contact details.
- Conduct primary and secondary category research.
- Add location-specific services, products and business information.
- Write SEO-friendly and Google-policy-compliant business descriptions.
- Publish regular Google Business Profile posts.
- Upload and optimise business photos, logos and cover images.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews professionally.
- Identify and report duplicate, suspended or inaccurate listings.
- Maintain consistent business information across multiple locations.
- Track profile views, calls, direction requests, website clicks and keyword visibility.
- Conduct competitor analysis for Google Maps and local search results.
- Recommend improvements to increase local rankings, customer actions and profile engagement.
- Prepare weekly or monthly GMB performance reports.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Google Business Profile optimisation preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
