Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build a career in the US Healthcare and Medical Billing domain.
Key Responsibilities
Review and process medical billing transactions accurately.
Perform claim status checks and follow up with insurance companies.
Assist in payment posting and reconciliation activities.
Identify and escalate claim denials or billing discrepancies.
Update patient and insurance information in the system.
Maintain productivity and quality targets as defined by the process.
Ensure compliance with client guidelines and healthcare regulations.
Prepare and maintain process-related documentation and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate (2025, 2026 pass-outs can apply).
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in Day Shift or Night Shift.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of healthcare or medical billing processes (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
