About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding.
Payroll & Compliance
Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
Maintain attendance, leave, and salary records.
Coordinate PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare payroll reports and resolve employee payroll queries.
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.
HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HRMS, and personnel files.
Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and other documentation.
Manage leave, attendance, and employee database.
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee engagement activities and grievance resolution.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
Understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
Experience with HRMS and payroll software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational, documentation, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant HR Generalist experience.
Experience in IT, Digital Marketing, or Corporate recruitment will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹14,855.49 - ₹33,181.00 per month
