Job Summary
We are looking for a US IT Technical Recruiter with experience in IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and professional networks
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate information in recruitment trackers
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities
- Experience in W2, C2C & 1099 - US & Canada hiring
- Strong in End-to-End US IT Recruitment with Implementation partners & Direct clients
- Sourcing through Ceipal ,Dice, Monster & LinkedIn
Required Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in Technical / IT Recruitment
- Knowledge of sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn(Dice,Monster,Ceipal,Linkedin,Indeed)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions
