1️ Production Management
- Supervise daily production activities on assigned line
- Ensure production targets are achieved shift-wise
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown issues
2️ Manpower Supervision
- Manage in-house and outsourced workers
- Allocate manpower as per production planning
- Maintain discipline and attendance
- Monitor absenteeism and reliever arrangements
3️ Quality Control
- Ensure SOP compliance
- Monitor filling, packing, labeling accuracy
- Prevent rejections and wastage
- Coordinate with QA team for inspections
4️ Safety & Compliance
- Ensure PPE usage on the line
- Maintain housekeeping (5S standards)
- Follow factory safety norms
- Report unsafe practices immediately
5️ Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily production report
- Track output, rejection, wastage
- Update shift records
