We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Cum Admin Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, a good understanding of accounting procedures, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Track expenses and assist with monthly financial reporting.
- Follow up on client payments and maintain payment records.
- Manage daily office administration and support smooth office operations.
- Handle documentation, filing, and record management.
- Prepare letters, reports, contracts, and other business correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement.
- Support HR-related administrative tasks, including employee records and attendance tracking.
- Assist management with various operational and administrative requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Zoho Books, asana or similar platforms.
- Experience working in an agency, media, or service-based business environment.
