JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities: *
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
* Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently.
* Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Maintain office supplies and keep the reception area tidy.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.
* Coordinate with various departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
