- Handling customer queries and complaints via email, live chat, or social media.
- Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining precise records in the system.
- Following up on unresolved issues and coordinating with internal teams to ensure proper resolution.
- Processing transactions, verifying customer details, or managing information systems (backend support).
- Ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate, maintaining high quality and efficiency of service.
