Front Office Supervisor
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office department and ensuring exceptional guest service standards at the resort. The role includes supervising front office associates, managing guest relations, coordinating reservations and check-ins/check-outs, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations including reception, reservations, and guest services.
- Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
- Welcome guests warmly and handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor room availability, reservations, and occupancy status in coordination with housekeeping and reservations teams.
- Train, guide, and support front office associates to maintain service standards.
- Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and attendance of front office staff.
- Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payment processing procedures.
- Handle VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special guest requirements.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and other departments for effective guest service.
- Prepare daily reports, shift handovers, and operational updates.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and hospitality standards.
- Monitor lobby appearance, cleanliness, and overall front office ambiance.
- Assist management in achieving guest satisfaction and operational targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in front office operations in hotels or resorts.
- Prior supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems, billing, and front office procedures.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in resort operations and guest relations.
- Familiarity with PMS/Hotel Management Software and POS systems.
- Knowledge of room reservation procedures and revenue handling.
- Ability to manage guest complaints and operational issues effectively.
- Understanding of hospitality standards, safety, and service etiquette.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
