About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to acquire new B2B clients in the USA for our IT services business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals for Managed IT Services.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, referrals, and CRM.
- Prospect and engage SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise clients in the USA.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close new business.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and regular activity reports.
Preferred Industries
Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, Real Estate, Law Firms, CPA Firms, MSPs, SaaS, Startups, Education, and Construction.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in International B2B Sales.
- Experience selling IT Services to US clients is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of Networking, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
- Existing US client network will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
- Equivalent sales experience will also be considered.
