We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager with 1 -2 years of experience in managing high-engagement digital platforms. The candidate should have strong expertise in handling Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn with a deep understanding of platform trends, and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily social media operations across all major platforms
- Ideate, create, and execute engaging content aligned with brand positioning
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and content copies for reels, campaigns, and posts
- Coordinate and execute shoots, content production, and timely publishing
- Understand what type of content performs best for youth and education-focused audiences
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders for smooth execution
- Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery under fast-paced work environments
- Track trends, monitor engagement, and contribute innovative campaign ideas.
Requirements-
- 1–4 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
