We are looking for an experienced Black Hat SEO Executive who understands real-world SEO challenges and stays updated with the latest trends, including AI-driven search and SEO strategies.
Role Overview
This is a pure SEO role. We need someone who is actively aware of recent Google algorithm updates, AI impact on search, and has hands-on experience handling ranking fluctuations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website content (titles, meta descriptions, headings)
- Execute on-page SEO (internal linking, URL structure, content updates)
- Manage off-page SEO (link building)
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics & Search Console
- Identify and fix SEO issues (technical + content-related)
- Coordinate with content team for SEO-friendly content
- Track rankings and prepare performance reports
- Optimize content for AI visibility (featured snippets, SGE/AI results, zero-click searches)
Preferred Experience
- Worked on international projects
- Experience with small & medium businesses such as: Contractors, Plumbers, HVAC services, etc..
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates & ranking factors
- Knowledge of Google E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness)
- Understanding of AI in SEO (Search Generative Experience, AI content, search intent evolution)
- Ability to handle ranking drops and SEO challenges
- Familiarity with SEO tools and reporting
