Job Summary
The Rider in the automobile industry is responsible for vehicle pickup and delivery, road testing, customer support, and assisting the service team in ensuring smooth vehicle operations. The role requires safe riding practices, technical understanding of two-wheelers, and good customer interaction skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles safely and on time
- Conduct road tests after service or repairs
- Identify and report basic vehicle issues or abnormal performance
- Support service advisors and technicians during vehicle inspections
- Ensure proper handling and cleanliness of vehicles
- Maintain service records and delivery documentation
- Follow traffic regulations and company safety standards
- Assist customers during vehicle handover and explain basic service updates
- Coordinate with workshop and operations teams for timely movement of vehicles
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10th / Intermediate / Diploma
- Valid two-wheeler driving license
- Good riding skills and knowledge of road safety
- Basic understanding of automobile components and servicing
- Ability to use mobile apps/maps for navigation
Preferred Skills
- Communication and customer handling skills
- Time management
- Knowledge of two-wheeler maintenance
- Ability to work under pressure
Experience
- 0–3 years in automobile service, delivery, or field operations
- Freshers can also apply

- Rotational or general shift based on business requirements
Reporting To
- Service Manager / Workshop Supervisor / Operations Executive
Pay: ₹15,605.30 - ₹20,000.00 per month
