We are looking for an experienced LMS Implementation Consultant to support the setup and deployment of a corporate learning platform and digital academy.
Key Responsibilities
➜ Lead the end-to-end implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
➜ Configure and deploy platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, Thinkific, and LearnWorlds
➜ Set up corporate academies, learning paths, assessments, and certification programs
➜ Structure courses, user roles, permissions, and learner journeys
➜ Configure quizzes, certificates, reporting, and automation workflows
➜ Support content migration, platform customization, and testing
➜ Ensure smooth onboarding of administrators, instructors, and learners
➜ Provide implementation documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams
Requirements
➜ 4+ years of experience in LMS implementation and deployment
➜ Proven track record of successfully implementing Moodle, TalentLMS, Thinkific, LearnWorlds, or similar platforms
➜ Experience setting up corporate learning academies and certification programs
➜ Strong understanding of LMS configuration, user management, and learning workflows
➜ Ability to work independently and deliver within tight project timelines
➜ Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
