IT Infrastructure Management
- Ensure the availability, performance, reliability, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, storage systems, endpoints, and other IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and take timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Technical Support
- Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues reported by end-users.
- Provide helpdesk support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Guide and train employees on the proper use of IT systems, applications, and equipment.
System Administration
- Manage user accounts, access rights, permissions, and authentication.
- Ensure appropriate access control and maintain system security.
- Monitor and maintain system configurations and user access in accordance with company policies.
Data Management
- Ensure regular data backup, recovery, and restoration processes.
- Maintain data integrity, availability, and confidentiality.
- Periodically verify backup status and ensure critical data can be recovered when required.
Network Administration & Security
- Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and other network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Implement appropriate network security measures to protect systems and data against cyber threats.
- Support cybersecurity activities including threat protection, incident response, vulnerability monitoring, and security audits.
Hardware & Software Management
- Procure, configure, install, maintain, and manage IT hardware and software assets.
- Maintain an updated inventory of hardware, software, licenses, and IT assets.
- Ensure hardware and software are regularly upgraded and updated to the latest approved versions to address security vulnerabilities and software flaws.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and replacement of obsolete or defective IT equipment.
CCTV & Biometric Systems
- Ensure CCTV systems are operational and properly monitored.
- Conduct periodic checks of CCTV cameras, recording systems, storage, and connectivity.
- Ensure biometric attendance systems are functioning properly and attendance data is accurately captured.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate timely resolution of CCTV and biometric system issues.
- Maintain appropriate security and access controls for CCTV and biometric systems.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
