Job Summary
Al Salama School of Safety Studies is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive. In this role, your primary focus will be institutional outreach—building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at local schools, colleges, and polytechnics. You will generate quality student leads for our Nebosh, fire, and safety ,Logistics certification courses through campus visits, awareness seminars, and educational partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Institutional Relationship Building: Connect and network with college principals, placement officers, department heads, and school management to build long-term academic partnerships.
- Lead Generation: Pitch Al Salama's safety programs to final-year students, conduct info sessions/seminars, and collect qualified leads for potential admissions.
- Campus Outreach Programs: Organize and execute career guidance workshops, industrial safety awareness programs, and promotional events across educational institutions.
- Database & Relationship Management: Maintain precise records of institutional contacts, visit logs, student inquiries, and lead conversion pipelines.
- Market Reporting: Analyze local market trends, track competitor activities in the education/vocational training sector, and provide weekly performance updates to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam and working proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel daily within the assigned district for college visits and events.
- Valid driver’s license and two-wheeler for field travel.
Preferred:
- 1–3 years of experience in educational marketing, institutional sales, or academic lead generation.
- Prior experience interacting with college authorities or student bodies in Kerala.
