Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of daily operational expenses and transactions.
Prepare, verify, and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers to ensure timely execution of activities.
Track consignments, shipments, and deliveries, and maintain proper dispatch and delivery records.
Maintain inventory and stock movement records, wherever applicable.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Coordinate with the management for invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and expense reconciliation.
Ensure all operational documents are properly filed and maintained, both digitally and physically.
Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, deliveries, invoices, and pending documentation.
Assist management in implementing operational processes and improving workflow efficiency.
Handle general administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in operations, administration, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
Experience in invoice preparation, expense tracking, and vendor coordination will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent organizational skills and strong learning ability may also be considered.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Basic understanding of invoicing, inventory management, and logistics processes.

Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and time management.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with ERP software or accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of import/export documentation and logistics coordination will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with GST documentation and vendor management processes.
