Cluster Manager – Last Mile Operations to lead and manage multiple delivery hubs within a designated cluster. The candidate should have strong expertise in last-mile delivery operations, team management, SLA adherence, cost optimization, rider productivity, and client relationship management in the Quick Commerce or E-commerce industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for multiple last-mile delivery hubs within the assigned cluster.
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time deliveries while achieving SLA and TAT targets.
- Monitor daily operational KPIs such as order volume, delivery success rate, rider utilization, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor Hub Managers, Team Leaders, and Operations Executives.
- Optimize manpower planning, rider availability, and route efficiency.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Analyze MIS reports and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Warehouse, HR, Finance, and Client stakeholders.
- Handle escalations related to operations, customer complaints, and delivery issues.
- Monitor attrition and implement engagement initiatives to improve workforce retention.
- Conduct regular audits of hubs to ensure operational compliance and quality standards.
- Support business expansion by onboarding new hubs and scaling operations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Last Mile Operations and Quick Commerce logistics.
- Experience in managing multiple hubs or delivery stations.
- Expertise in Team Management and People Leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per month
