The Café Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete day-to-day operations of Three O Clock Café, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, efficient operations, and achievement of business goals. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, financial accountability, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Manage the daily opening and closing of the café.
- Ensure smooth operations across front-of-house and kitchen.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and company SOPs.
- Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance when required.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise café staff.
- Conduct daily team briefings and motivate employees.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
- Handle staff attendance, leave planning, and shift allocation.
Customer Experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Build relationships with repeat customers.
- Maintain service quality and brand standards.
Inventory & Procurement
- Manage inventory of food, beverages, and consumables.
- Conduct regular stock counts and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with approved vendors for timely procurement.
- Ensure FIFO inventory practices are followed.
Financial Management
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Control food and labour costs.
- Handle daily cash reconciliation and POS closing.
- Monitor expenses and prepare operational reports.
- Reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency.
Quality Control
- Ensure food presentation and beverage quality meet brand standards.
- Monitor consistency in recipes and service.
- Conduct regular quality checks throughout the day.
Marketing & Sales
- Execute local marketing initiatives.
- Support promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Increase customer footfall and repeat business.
- Encourage upselling and suggestive selling.
Administration
- Maintain daily sales, inventory, and attendance records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding operations and compliance.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience managing a café, restaurant, or QSR outlet.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Compensation
Salary: As per experience + performance-based incentives linked to sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
The Café Manager is expected to lead the outlet like an owner—ensuring excellent guest experiences, disciplined operations, motivated staff, and sustainable profitability while upholding the Three O Clock Café brand standards.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
