Supply Chain Management
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely product availability.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze demand forecasts and sales trends to support procurement and production planning.
- Establish and monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Implement ERP systems and supply chain automation processes for operational excellence.
Marketing Management
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Plan and manage product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.
- Coordinate digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and online branding activities.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with sales teams to create trade marketing and customer engagement programs.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimum ROI on campaigns.
- Develop promotional materials, product catalogs, and branding initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and production teams to align business objectives.
- Ensure effective communication between supply chain and marketing functions for seamless product availability and market demand fulfillment.
- Prepare regular management reports on inventory, supply chain performance, marketing activities, and sales growth
