We are looking for an experienced Zonal Collection Manager with a strong background in Microfinance Collections and Recovery Management to lead and drive collection performance across multiple zones in Hyderabad and Telangana.
Responsible for managing and driving Collections across multiple zones in Hyderabad & Telangana
The role focuses on achieving Collection targets, conducting legal and overdue (OD) camps, ensuring adherence to collection code of conduct, and maintaining compliance and audit standards.
- Collection & Recovery Achievement
- Achieve Collection targets on overdue accounts as per set goals.
- Legal & OD Camps
- Plan, organize, and monitor legal camps and overdue (OD) camps to improve recovery performance.
- Collection Code of Conduct Adherence
- Ensure strict compliance with collection code of conduct across all branches.
- Audit & Compliance Observations
- Address and close audit observations promptly.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track recovery progress against targets and report to senior management.
- Analyze delinquency trends and implement corrective measures.
- Team Management
- Guide and supervise branch collection teams.
- Provide training on compliance, legal processes, and customer handling.
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Ensure customer contactability and maintain service standards during recovery processes.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of recovery processes, legal frameworks, and compliance norms.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and digital collection tools.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, or Business Administration.
- 8–10 years of experience in collections/recovery in microfinance or NBFC / Bank , with at least 3 years in a zonal leadership role.
