Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and service-oriented Patient Relation Officer (PRO) with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a hospital or super speciality hospital setting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction, assisting patients and attendants, and coordinating with departments for seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients and attendants with hospital processes and service-related queries.
- Coordinate with clinical and support departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Address patient concerns and facilitate timely resolution of grievances.
- Support admission, discharge, and appointment processes.
- Collect patient feedback and maintain service quality standards.
- Ensure a positive and compassionate experience for patients and their families.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to enhance patient satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a Hospital/Super Speciality Hospital is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
