Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per standard recipes
- Handle a specific kitchen section (e.g., South Indian, Tandoor, Continental)
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Supervise and guide Commis II & III staff
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Assist in inventory control and minimizing wastage
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant kitchen experience
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to manage a section independently
- Good leadership and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
