Takeinteki Info Solutions is inviting applications for the position of Customer Support Executive for our International Voice Process. We are seeking energetic professionals with 6 to 12 months of experience who possess flawless English communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced customer-centric environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and high service standards.
Problem Resolution: Analyze customer queries systematically and deliver accurate, timely solutions.
Data Management: Meticulously update and maintain customer records in the internal database.
Team Coordination: Liaison with internal departments to track and resolve escalated issues.
Candidate RequirementsExperience: 6 months to 1 year in an international voice/BPO process.
Language: High proficiency in spoken English.Flexibility: Comfortable working designated night shifts.
Education: HSC, Diploma, or any undergraduate degree.Salary & PerksNet Take-Home salary up to ₹25,000 per month.
