- Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Draft HR letters, notices, and official communication.
- Conduct basic research on HR best practices and policies.
- Support HR team in performance management activities.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
