JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE – Senior AV Support Engineer
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior AV Support Engineer with strong expertise in event management and team leadership. The role involves overseeing daily AV operations, managing a team of engineers, supporting high-profile meetings and events, and ensuring seamless audio-visual performance across all facilities. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical proficiency, hands-on experience with AV systems, and strong coordination and people management skills.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage the AV support team, effectively assigning tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
Handle high-level events, meetings, and conferences requiring advanced AV setup and support.
Ensure proactive maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of AV systems and equipment.
Act as the point of escalation for all AV-related issues and ensure prompt resolution.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors for technical coordination and issue resolution. Document AV processes, maintenance schedules, and service activities.
Support the setup, configuration, and testing of audio-visual systems for events, including video conferencing, presentations, and corporate gatherings.
Manage inventory and ensure availability of AV supplies and spare equipment.
Provide technical guidance, on-the-job training, and performance feedback to team members.
Stay updated with emerging AV technologies and recommend process or system improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in AV operations and support, with proven team handling and event management experience.
Strong technical understanding of AV systems, video conferencing, signal flow, and troubleshooting.
Experience in operating and maintaining professional-grade AV hardware and control systems.
Knowledge of networking basics relevant to AV environments (AV-over-IP, IP configuration, etc.).
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Customer-focused approach with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹15,604.47 - ₹40,368.59 per month
