Requirements

4–6 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager in tax, accounting, or finance consulting firms

Background from Tier 1 or Tier 2 firms (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, BDO, RSM, Grant Thornton, Baker Tilly, Crowe, Mazars)

Experience in tax technology, finance transformation, or process automation

Hands-on experience with Alteryx (preferred), Excel automation, SQL, or similar tools

Strong understanding of tax/accounting workflows (compliance, provision, reporting, advisory)
-
Experience training or enabling teams on technology solutions
-
Familiarity with workflow automation platforms

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities

Partner with customers to implement and optimize Savant solutions

Lead onboarding, training, and enablement for customer teams

Translate tax/accounting workflows into scalable automated processes

Advise on workflow automation, data governance, and process standardization

Act as subject matter expert in tax/accounting operations and technology

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback

Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
