About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Videographer & Video Editor who can handle both shooting and editing high-quality content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of viral reel editing, podcast cinematography, and lifestyle/vlog-style shooting,Knowing and Understanding of Hindi is a Must.

You’ll be responsible for capturing visually compelling footage and turning it into engaging content that performs well across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesCinematography
- Shoot high-quality footage for podcasts, lifestyle vlogs, interviews, and promotional videos.
- Set up and manage lighting, ensuring professional and flattering setups for subjects.
- Handle multi-camera podcast shoots (framing, exposure, focus, audio coordination).
- Plan and execute aesthetic lifestyle reel shoots based on moodboards or references.
- Operate cameras, gimbals, and other equipment smoothly and creatively.
Video Editing
- Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) with a strong understanding of pacing, hooks, retention, and viral editing psychology.
- Edit long-form videos (podcasts, YouTube videos) in a clean, structured, and storytelling-driven manner.
- Add captions, transitions, SFX, sound design, B-roll, and color correction.
- Create trending, high-retention reels based on analytics, trends, and best-performing formats.
- Maintain brand consistency in all video outputs.
Requirements
- Knowing Hindi is a must.
- Proven experience as a video editor + cinematographer (portfolio required).
- Strong knowledge of lighting setups, especially for indoor podcast shoots.
- Hands-on experience shooting lifestyle content and vlogs.
- Expertise in editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Aftereffects & Photoshop,Adobe Audition
- Ability to edit fast-paced, viral-style reels with strong storytelling and sharp pacing.
- Understanding of social media trends, hooks, and viewer retention patterns.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and deliver quick turnarounds.
Preferred Skills
- Color grading experience.
- Basic motion graphics for reels.
- Creative direction for shoots and set design.
- Ability to handle audio for podcasts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
