Job description / Responsibilities –
- Work with projects team to ensure timely delivery of project reports
- Ensure quality control of data obtained from site and give live feedbacks to ensure appropriate data collection
- Setup new and improve existing processes to ensure quality of data collection, timely execution, cordial functioning and coverage of entire scope of work without any hassles
- Setup process to ensure quality control across various levels like site data collection, delivery as per scope of work, quality of analysis and error free reporting
- Develop and improve existing standard operating procedures, data recording formats, data/document review formats, report formats etc.
- Analyze historical data from plant like generation, breakdowns, radiations etc.
- Analyze various site data like visual inspections, plant reviews, test data like EL, IV, thermal etc.
- Analyze design documents and contract like AC/DC design, civil designs, MMS designs, O&M contracts.
- Correlate and compile all the data into reports (Excel/PPT/Word based) with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Come up with punch lists of issues observed in plant and indicate corresponding cost of improvement/cost of investment in equipment.
