We are hiring a hands-on Mechanical Engineer with strong technical knowledge of fabrication processes and machine operations. The candidate should be capable of managing shop-floor activities, guiding workers, and ensuring smooth production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fabrication and manufacturing processes
- Handle day-to-day shop-floor operations
- Supervise and guide workers for efficient output
- Ensure quality standards and timely production
- Train workers on machines and processes
- Take regular updates and maintain reporting
Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of fabrication and mechanical processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Solid Edge
- Hands-on experience with:
- Riveting machine
- Lathe machine
- Welding
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve on-floor issues
- Good team handling skills
Preferred Candidate:
- Mechanical Engineer (Diploma / Degree)
- Experience in fabrication / manufacturing industry
- Practical, execution-focused mindset
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
